Repair of eyelid

I know that the definition of eyelid and lip changed last year for the purpose of biopsy. If a MOHS surgery with complex repair is performed on the delicate tissue around the eye, is this coded as 17311 and 13151 or 17311 and 13131 (dependent upon size, of course.) Same question for a MOHS and complex repair outside of the vermillion, but still around the mouth. Thank you!
