Ophthalmology - correct code for laser ANTERIOR capsulotomy?

We have a patient who required a yag laser ANTERIOR capsulotomy due to anterior capsule contracture which caused the IOL to be displaced posteriorly and haze. The doctor made relaxing incisions in the anterior capsule, but did not open the posterior capsule.

CPT® 66821's definition is for a POSTERIOR capsulotomy.

HELP?!
