Aapc
Auditor Certification Test. Does anyone have any experience with this test?
re: AAPC
I do, took it and passed it last December. I took the boot camp a few weeks earlier and with that and the supplied study book, it was definitely worth it!
re: AAPC
I was told that it is very common to fail this exam the first time even with taking the bootcamp. The biggest reason being time. I could not get the pass/fail rate from AAPC, they told me they do not keep stats on this which I find hard to believe. Has anyone else heard this or tried to get the stats?
re: AAPC
I took the exam and passed it the first time. The only formal training I had was that I bought the study guide. I was not able to attened a boot camp. I do also have experience auditing and have been teaching the PMCC course to new coders for 14 years. It is a hard test, but if your willing to study you can do it.
re: AAPC
I had to retake the exam and did pass on the second try. I attended the NAMAS instruction class and found it to be a waste. I recommend purchasing the study guide from AAPC and study on your own. It is a difficult test so give yourself time to complete
the chapter tests and study.
re: AAPC
I had heard that from some others. It is clearly the instructor you 'draw'. I had Melody Irvine who was a superb instructor!
