can I bill Medicare 20552 x 3 if the major rhomboid, trapezius & tricep brachii were injected or is this 20553? This is a Medicare patient.

You can also look up the LMRP thru your states Medicare website which will give you the information on billing and medical necessity requirements. Go to LMRP and look up trigger point or you can also use the CPT® code.
