endometriosis in C-section scar

I recently diagnosed a patient who had developed endometriosis in her C-section scar (ICD 617.6). I took her to the OR where I excised the lesion down to the level of the fascia (total length with margins 7.5 cm) and closed the wound in two layers. Questions: Is there a specific code for excision of endometriosis from scar? Could this be considered scar revision? Do I use the benign excision of skin codes with intermediate repair? Or is there an equivalent musculoskeletal code? Thanks again.
