Placement of Mesh Vessel Guard coding

One of my general surgeons did a spine case w/an ortho surgeon & is indicating on the OP note that he did a "placement of mesh vessel guard". Does anyone have any idea what code I could use for this, other than 22899 unlisted procedure for lumbar?

Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Coding Vessel guard

Looks like it is part of the procedure. he may have to bill for assisting.
