Help please,CPT® coding for cyst removal

If a doctor first I&D's a cyst (CPT® 10060) making the cyst sac visible, can he then go onto remove the cyst,,,,,,,, (CPT® 11441) can he charge both codes?

There are no CCI edits, but I think doing the I&D first (or is he actually just aspirating it?) is inclusive. I don't think you should bill both.

No, it would not be appropriate to report both 10060 and 11441 for the same cyst. Additionally, cysts are usually incised and drained (10060), they are not usually excised as a complete mass.
