Not sure of CPT® FOR complex excision for removal of wax filled node on a tendon sheath of tricep muscle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is a "wax filled node"? I've never heard of this before. Are you sure there wasn't a mis-communication?

Could you possibly mean a fibroma of the tendon sheath?
