Yes. Had the same problem. This is probably due to the provider having more than one practice facility. Go to Registration tab and choose the facility/group NPI to where payment will be made. After you have submitted Registration, go to GREEN tab that states begin attestation submission. Resubmit the MU attestation. your resubmission should go through.
Please remember there are 2 submissions. First for provider info registration and then MU submission. Hope this helps.
