While billing the 76641LT AND 76641RT MOST insurance denying the claim either stating as need to bill with 50 modifier or Need bill with appropriate DX code could any body help me to how to bill these code please advise also we billing the Ultrasound of breast complete only. Any suggestion and help highly appreciated..
