immuno suppressant therapy

After a kidney transplant, Medicare allows the provider to bill postoperativley for E&M with modifier -24 for immuno supressant therapy management. Does anyone have any experience as to the E&M level that may be coded? Obvioulsy it would based on documentation, but what would be clinically necessary for checking the patient?
