Fluoroscopy 76000

My pulmonologist is billing the 76000 with a broch, 31624-31628-
Most of the payers are bundling the 76000-26, which I feel is incorrect
In addition, I have denials stating, "no payment can be made when performed
by this type of provider"....Only a radiologist can bill this for this code?
I have attached the modifier 26 to indicate we are billing the read.

All the codes in the 31624-31628 range include fluoroscopic guidance as stated in the code description. Reporting 76000 in addition to these codes would be considered unbundling.
