Physical Therapy
Hi, I am new to this physical therapy billing and coding. I have studied a bit about physical therapy billing and I found that CPT® code 97014 is not acceptable by medicare. Is this right? Can any one give me the changes that took place in physical therapy billing for 2011? I also need clarification about CPT® code 97014 for medicare...

There is a LCD on this code. You didn't state who your Medicare carrier is or what state you are in. You'll have to look up the LCD on Medicare's website.
