Spine surgeon performed hemilaminectomy T 7-8 insertion of spinal cord stimulator
T8 and subcutaneous tunneling temp. leads

Pain management phys. was unable to safely place temporary leads thru percutaneous procedure. Spine surgeon was ask to perform thoracic laminectomy and place the trial paddle.

Hemilaminectomy completed at T7-8 large enough for insertion of spinal cord
stimulator paddle placed under fluroscopic guidance.

temporary leads were tunneled and brought out thru the skin to connect to the temp. generator. These were coiled in the alminectomy site and closed w/ 1-0 Vicryl afer copious irrigation. 63655 ?
