Abdominal aortogram The right groin was prepped and draped in the usual fashion. Seldinger technique was used to enter the femoral artery. A 6-French sheath wa placed. A pigtail catheter was introduce in the upper abdominal aorta, and an AP aortogram was done using the DSA cut film technique using 20 cc of Omnipaque

May 31 2010, 9:21 PM		 Catheter in femoral artery advanced to abdominal aorta (36200). Contrast injected and imaging performed of abdominal aorta (75625). Code 76350, Subtraction in conjunction with contrast studies, is bundled into code 75625 (Medicare CCI edit, with 0 modifier), and cannot be billed separately.
