Patient diagnosed with hereditary diffuse gastric carcinoma with stage IV gastric cancer. What ICD9 code(s) do I use?

For malignant neoplasm of the cardio-esophageal junction you would use 151.0


For malignant neoplasm of the pylorus you would use 151.1


For malignant neoplasm of the pyloric antrum you would use 151.2


For malignant neoplasm of the fundus of stomach you would use 151.3


For malignant neoplasm of the body of the stomach you would use 151.4


For malignant neoplasm of the unspecified lesser curve of the stomach you would use 151.5


For malignant neoplasm of the unspecified greater curce of the stomach you would use 151.6


For malignant neoplasm of the stomach, the site unspecified, you would use 151.9


All of these codes are for CURRENT malignancies
