Audiology Procedure Coding/Documentation

I am hoping there is someone with audiology experience that can help me with this.

I have self-taught myself some audiology coding and I am just wondering if I am doing it correctly. Would anyone be willing to review the following documentation and let me know what procedures (including CPT codes) were performed and supported by the below documentation?

Results: VIDEO OTOSCOPY: clear ear canals bilaterally. Ear canals and TM easily viewable and appeared healthy and within normal limits. No anomolies observed. Immittance measures yielded Type A tympanograms, bilaterally. Acoustic reflex testing was abnormal ipsilaterally and contralaterally, bilaterally. OAE diagnostic DP and TEAOE normal bilaterally. Speech recognition thresholds (SRTs) of 30 and 25 were obtained in the right and left ears respectively. A binaural SRT of 25 was observed. Word recognition testing yielded scores of 100% bilaterally and binaurally.

I forgot to add the pure tone testing to the report example.
