CPT® 58100

I had a patient come in for an edometrial biopsy in October, she had to come back 2 weeks later becuase the sample was not large enough. My coder billed for the services and her insurance is denying it as included in the original biopsy. I am just trying to find out if there is a modifier I should use to rebill it, or if redoing the procedure, when we didnt collect a big enough in the first place, is allowed. TIA
