CPT® code 99058 & 99213

I have recieved a recent denial for billing CPT® 99213 with CPT® 99058.
Do we have any resolution to this claim to get both the CPTs paid?
Or is there a replacement code which would replace both these codes so that we can get the payments for these CPTs without an issue?

I would bill 99213-25. Whether the 99058 is payable or not, depends on the insurance. Good luck :o)
