NGS Medicare postes "Local Coverage Determination and Article Revisions Effective October 2010:revised for annual ICD-9-CM code updates for 2011. ICD-9-CM code 724.03 has been added for CPT codes 0171T and 0172T effective for dates of service 10/01/2010 and after." Can't find definition of this code in your ICD-9 look up. I presume it refers to back pain, but to what specifically does it pertain.
