modifier 76
Has anyone had any experience /w modifier 76 being applied by and ins co to the 90461, and 90460 procedures when multiple vaccines are administered?

Yes, I have. I realize this is a very old post, but I was looking for info on BS of CA and their not recognizing -76. If you bill w/o they deny as dup. Anyone else have this going on?
