CPT® code for groin exploration and excision of scar tissue

I need help with this. What CPT® code would I use?

OP Note says: pt has previous inquinal incision. pain mostly at medial aspect of the
incision near the pubic symphysis. The incisional scar that was present was excised. cont'd dissection thru scarpa tissue down to the external oblique aponeurosis.oblique aponeruosis was incised. inquinal canal explored. no adenopahty. no entrapped nerve identified.there was a tremendous amount of scar tissue along the pubic symphysis and underneath the external oblique aponeurosis. spermatic cord was skeletonized and freed from the iliopubic tract,where it was densely adhered. dissected out all of the structures,the sperm cord and conjoined tendon and iliopubic tract all along the lenght of the inguinal canal. scar tissue was excised as the dissection cont'd. no abnormalities were noted. no recurrent hernia noted.
