Billing Procedure

Hi,
My provider marked procedures 95903 with units 8, 95904 with units 10, 95934 with units 2, A4556 with unit 1. I need to know the billing pattern for above mentioned procedures for Insurences Medicare & Texas Medicaid.

Any help would be appreciated

Billing Units for EMG/NCV Studies

The units that you are wanting to report for each of these procedures indicate that you may not be coding/reporting these correctly.

Not sure what you mean by "billing pattern"
