CPT coding

I am wondering if there is a specific set of CPT codes to use for office visits, when it comes to workers compensation? I have been using 99201-99205 for 1st time visits and 99211-99215 for follow up visits. But, I have one insurance company that keeps reducing my 99203 stating "THE CPT CODE BILLED IN NOT VALID IN THE OFFICIAL MEDICAL FEE SCHEDULE". I bill $125 (for 99203) and all the other companies pay around $117.00, but this one company pays only $72.00. Any help you can give me would be greatful.

Thanks

Bill

CPT coding and Worker's Comp

I've never heard of such a thing. What codes are you to use but new and established patient visits??

There are some codes for disability assessment, but that hardly seems like what you're doing.

Have you checked your contract? Called them?
