Vitagel and PRP

Is Vitagel considered a platelet rich plasma injection? If not, is it billable? And if so what code?
Also, on the facility side can it be coded if a tech performs the procedure?

I noticed someone had posted a question similar, regarding the new HCPCS code, 0232T, effective 7/1/2010 that describes platelet rich plasma injections. Will this be for tracking purposes more so than reimbursement?
Thanks for your help.

hemostat

Vitagel is an FDA approved class III medical device. It is a surgical hemostat, which has been shown to control bleeding during orthopaedic, cardiac, hepatic, and general surgical procedures. The product is a thrombin/collagen suspension which works in combination with the patient's own plasma to form a fibrin/collagen clot.
Hemostasis is considered part of the surgical procedure, Vitagel Surgical Hemostat should not be billed separately. Therefore, VITAGEL Surgical Hemostat is not separately payable by the carrier and should not be billed using CPT code 20926
