Billing consultation code

Can two different provider with different tax ID bill the same consultation code for same ailment in a gap of 10 days

Yes, but why would someone ask two different physicians for consultation of the same problem? The insurance will likely ask this same question.

Initially there was a code 99203 billed by a provider for ulcer of the foot and later the patient was again seen by a different provider for the same ailment and the code billed was 99204, is this possible that the claim can be denied by insurance

Those aren't consultation codes, those are new patient visits. Anything is possible with insurance companies.

They aren't consultation codes but they are used in the office setting to replace consult codes for Medicare and Cigna. They no longer recognize consultation codes 99241-99245 and 99251-99255.
