CPT for Long Term Acute Care Hospital

Could you please let me know what CPT codes to use when billing for a Long Term Acute Care Hospital (it is a certified hospital) ? Would I bill the same codes as inpatient hospital?

According to the AMA Guidelines," The following codes are used to report evaluation and management services to patients in nursing facilities (formerly called skilled nursing facilities [SNFs], intermediate care facilities [ICFs], or long-term care facilities [LTCFs])."
